Operating Days & Business Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:30pm-5pm EST.

Holiday Closings: Closings are rare, but we do reserve the right to take a few days off occasionally. Online orders will be filled in the order they were received upon our return.  

Coupon Codes: MUST be entered correctly (all caps no spaces) at checkout. You should see the discount before you check out. Sign up for our Newsletter to receive our money saving codes.

Shipping/Handling: Purely Sunnah ships to the USA & Internationally, within 1-3 business days (unless we’re closed). A $2 handling fee is added to all phoned, faxed, or emailed orders. $75 retail orders (before shipping is added) automatically ship free (Continental U.S. only, our choice of carrier). Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if we incur additional fees.  Expedited shipping (if chosen) begins after your package leaves our facility also.

Samples: We’re proud to offer samples to customers who make a purchase. Random samples (our choice) are only included in shipments when available and are never guaranteed. As a small, family business, we cannot honor requests for free samples without a purchase.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns. Please make sure that you check your order before submitting it. We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.

Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Backorders: We rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we will hold your order for up to 7 days if we expect that the product/s will be back in stock within that time. If not, we will refund your money.

Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods: For incorrect or damaged goods, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 48 hours. Photos may be required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. The chances of finding your package diminish with each day that passes. If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a mail theft complaint. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Catalog: In an effort to save trees & to keep costs down, Purely Sunnah does not offer a printed catalog.

Privacy: We never share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted & transmitted using state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology. 

Animal Testing: Almost all of our products are vegan (check individual ingredient lists to verify) and none are ever tested on animals.

Liability Disclaimer: Purely Sunnah, LLC assumes no liability for the misuse of our products. Ingredients such as essential oils and botanicals often have methods, treatments, traditional properties and uses listed. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Any reference to medicinal or health benefits are not meant to treat or diagnose any medical condition. It is not meant to replace professional medical advice and should not take the place of any prescribed medicine. We use both fragrance and/or essential oils, botanicals, and other natural ingredients in the creation of our products. Persons with allergies or skin sensitivities may have a reaction.
